TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Fusheng Logistics said Thursday it plans to hire 100 truck and motorcycle drivers nationwide as parcel volumes have nearly doubled from a year earlier.
The Momo delivery subsidiary said delivering about 3,000 parcels per month, or roughly 150 per day, can earn around NT$70,000 (US$2,100), per CNA. Top performers can make up to NT$90,000 per month, with annual compensation exceeding NT$1 million, including year-end bonuses.
The company also provides work vehicles and mobile phones, while covering expenses such as fuel, maintenance, insurance, and mobile data.
Full-time drivers work rotating shifts, with the main schedule running from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The company also offers overtime pay, meal allowances, and part-time positions, per UDN.
The company said applicants with experience in food delivery or courier services can transition easily to e-commerce because of their familiarity with route planning. It added that applicants must be at least 20 years old and hold the required licenses, including commercial licenses for truck drivers and heavy motorcycle licenses for motorcycle delivery roles.
