TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taipei’s Chinese Culture University has launched an AI career platform to help students create digital resumes, apply for jobs, and match with employers more efficiently, CNA reported Wednesday.
The university said its career fair ran from Tuesday to Friday this year. Nearly 40 companies joined the event, offering jobs in food services, retail, machinery, chemicals, technology, hotels, education, food processing, logistics, and financial services.
The companies offered more than 1,600 job openings at the fair. The event gave students a chance to speak directly with employers, learn about workplace needs, and look for jobs or internships.
The university introduced the AI Career Copilot platform at the fair for the first time. The system combines AI resume checks, career guidance, internship matching, job information, and industry trend analysis.
Students can use the platform to create and send digital resumes instead of preparing printed copies for each company. The university said this makes the application process faster and helps employers review student profiles more efficiently.
The platform also offers 24-hour career support. The university said it helps students understand job openings and the skills companies are looking for.
Student Affairs Dean Li I-chun (李亦君) said the university values student career development. She said Chinese Culture University uses courses, company internships, industry cooperation, and career counseling to help students connect what they learn in class with real workplace needs.
Li said the job fair was not only a recruitment event. She said it also gave students a chance to talk with industry representatives and better understand future career trends.
The event was supported by the labor ministry’s Workforce Development Agency. A youth career development center also joined the fair and provided resume reviews, career counseling, and job search advice to help students improve their competitiveness, per CTS News.
