TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — C.S. Club, one of Taipei’s premier private dining destination, has announced a series of limited-time seasonal menus to celebrate Mother’s Day.
Combining exquisite service with world-class ingredients, the club’s diverse culinary teams — spanning kaiseki shabu shabu, and Cantonese cuisine — offer a refined dining experience tailored for family celebrations and business banquets.
For the ultimate in luxury, there is the Ocean Majesty set for four. Priced from NT$36,800 (US$1,172), this surf-and-turf extravaganza features a whole Japanese Taraba king crab, fresh Penghu catch, Oita Daishijima oysters, and South African abalone.

Highlights include the baked Wagyu pie with onion curry and the double-boiled bird's nest in almond tea, a traditional nourishing dessert. This set is available through June 30.
Reflecting the Cantonese tradition of using bird’s nest for health and beauty, the Bird’s Nest Radiance set blends classic techniques with French-inspired flair.
The tomato clarified scallop jelly features a sake-clam consomme topped with sake foam, while the Australian Wagyu cheek is slow-braised for over two hours to achieve a melt-in-the-mouth texture. The meal concludes with a silk-smooth bird’s nest vanilla tart.
The Japanese culinary teams are presenting Vernal Dawn seasonal menus, highlighting premium Snow Crab.
