TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Strong demand for artificial intelligence applications continued to drive Taiwan’s thermal solutions sector, with leading suppliers reporting record-high monthly revenue.
Asia Vital Components, Fositek, Auras Technology, and Jentech Precision Industrial all posted historical revenues in March. Rising demand for AI servers is boosting shipments of liquid cooling parts, while a pickup in traditional servers and new product launches is helping lift performance, with analysts expecting further gains in the second quarter, according to CTEE.
Asia Vital Components reported March revenue of NT$18 billion (US$566.7 million). The figure rose 28.5% from the previous month and 111.72% year-on-year, surpassing its earlier record of NT$17.4 billion set in November.
Growth was mainly driven by Nvidia's GB300 platform moving past initial yield improvement stages and entering mass production, boosting shipments. The company plans to scale up capacity, including liquid cooling plates and cooling distribution units, which are expected to support future growth.
Its subsidiary Fositek also delivered strong results, benefiting from expansion into AI-related products such as liquid cooling quick connectors and server rails. Fositek reported March revenue of NT$1.6 billion, up 95.02% year-on-year.
First-quarter revenue reached NT$4.2 billion, up 85.81% from a year earlier. Both figures marked record highs.
Auras reported March revenue of NT$3.3 billion, up 52.83% month-on-month and 91.73% year-on-year. First-quarter revenue totaled NT$8.55 billion, increasing 12.57% quarter-on-quarter and 93.69% year-on-year, with both monthly and quarterly figures reaching record highs.
Growth was driven by sustained demand for AI server liquid cooling, supported by steady orders for air-cooled solutions used in conventional servers. Analysts expect second-quarter revenue to maintain an upward trend, with overall operations remaining stable in the first half of the year.
Jentech posted March revenue of NT$2.2 billion, up 70.58% from the previous month and 18.86% year-on-year. First-quarter revenue reached NT$5.31 billion, up 0.62% quarter-on-quarter and 11.63% year-on-year.
As AI server chips increase in size and power consumption, thermal design and manufacturing requirements are becoming more complex, supporting higher product pricing. Analysts said that as server and AI applications continue to expand, Jentech’s capacity utilization and product mix are likely to improve further in the second quarter.
