As a pioneer of the global "croffle" trend, Aufglet Taipei is bringing its most iconic pastries to the city. A croffle is a culinary hybrid that combines a croissant and a waffle.
The menu features four items that reshape croissant dough into unexpected forms, led by the original croffle. This dessert, which ignited a worldwide craze, is created by pressing layered croissant dough into a waffle iron to achieve a golden, buttery finish with a signature crisp exterior.

Complementing this iconic treat is the croissant ball, a highly recognizable brand signature that offers a delightful contrast between its crunchy outer shell and soft, airy interior.
For those seeking a unique texture, the croissant bagel serves as a popular hybrid, combining the delicate, flaky layers of French pastry with the satisfying chewiness of an American bagel.
