TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan's Wistron Corp. posted NT$280.6 billion (US$9 billion) in November revenue, a record monthly figure.
Revenue climbed 194% from a year earlier and 51% from October. The gains were fueled by strong demand from major US clients, especially for artificial intelligence servers, according to CTEE.
Cumulative revenue from January to November reached NT$1.93 trillion. This pushed Wistron ahead of Quanta Computer and placed it just behind Foxconn among Taiwan’s largest technology companies.
Wistron supplies a broad range of high-end AI server systems for Nvidia and its partners. The company currently benefits from sizable Nvidia-related orders.
In the fourth quarter, shipments centered on Nvidia’s Blackwell Ultra platform. Higher output of systems such as the GB300 NVL72 helped lift November’s performance.
Dell, one of Wistron’s key clients, recently reported strong earnings and reaffirmed its optimistic outlook for AI server demand. As Dell raised its full-year guidance and expanded orders for AI server products, Wistron’s shipment momentum strengthened in tandem.
Wistron’s subsidiary Wiwynn Corp. also delivered record monthly results. The cloud solution supplier's November revenue reached NT$96.9 billion, while combined revenue for the first 11 months climbed to NT$846.37 billion.
Both Wistron and Wiwynn expect triple-digit growth in their AI server businesses this year. They also anticipate steady demand next year
To support long-term expansion, the companies are adding capacity in Taiwan, the US, Mexico, and Southeast Asia. Preparations are underway to meet expected demand in 2027.
