TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A 7-Eleven customer who spent NT$64 (US$2.04) won the NT$10 million Special Prize in the latest edition of the Taiwan receipt lottery.
On Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance announced the winning numbers for the September-October lottery round. The winning numbers were 25834483 for the NT$10 million Special Prize, 46587380 for the NT$2 million Grand Prize, and 41016094, 98081574, and 07309261 for the NT$200,000 First Prize.
Two Special Prizes and four Grand Prizes were awarded this round at 7-Eleven stores, per CNA. Among the Special Prize winners, the luckiest customer spent just NT$64 on a drink and ready-to-eat food at the Hongtai Store on Songren Road in Taipei's Xinyi District.
The other Special Prize winner bought NT$274 worth of ready-to-eat food, household goods, and drinks at the Xinjiuyang Store on Fuxing 1st Road in Taoyuan's Guishan District.
The Grand Prize winners included a customer who spent NT$45 on instant noodles and rice balls at the Kinmen University Store on Daxue Road in Kinmen County's Jinning Township. Another person spent NT$70 on drinks at the Jiageng store on Jiapu Road in Chiayi County's Puzi City.
One Grand Prize winner spent NT$196 on drinks and fresh food at the Lanshan Store on Nanshan Road in New Taipei's Zhonghe District. The highest-spending Grand Prize winner spent NT$320 on daily necessities and City Cafe coffee at the Xingukeng store on Zhongshan Road in Yunlin County's Gukeng Township.
FamilyMart announced two Special Prize winners and two Grand Prize winners. The FamilyMart customer who spent the least and won the most bought uno pasta and sliced watermelon for NT$115 at the Jiaxin Store on Jiali 3rd Street in Hualien County's Xincheng Township. The other Special Prize winner spent NT$148 on Let's Cafe coffee and snacks at the Shezidao Store on Yanping North Road in Taipei's Shilin District.
The luckiest FamilyMart Grand Prize winner spent NT$138 on tea eggs, soy milk, and brown rice milk at the Minguang Store on Minguang East Road in Taoyuan's Taoyuan District. The other Grand Prize winner spent NT$514 at the K Hotels Store on Zhongshan North Road in Taipei's Zhongshan District.
PX Mart announced one Special Prize winner during this round. The fortuitous consumer bought fresh milk for NT$85 at the Zhongzheng Nanchang Store on Nanchang Road in Taipei's Zhongzheng District.
