TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Due to heavy rain brought by the periphery of Tropical Storm Fengshan and a northeast monsoon, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu County, and Hualien County have announced partial school and office closures, while Yilan County declared full closures.
