TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Grammy-winning artist Doja Cat will perform at the Kaohsiung Arena on Dec. 21, marking her debut concert in Taiwan and the finale of her world tour.
The US artist, known for her genre-blending style, began developing her talents in piano and dance at a young age. She released her first original track at 16 and has since achieved international success, according to Live Nation and Harper’s Bazaar.
Her hits include “Say So,” which has over 1.3 billion streams, the Grammy-winning collaboration “Kiss Me More” with SZA, TikTok sensation “Streets,” and “Paint The Town Red.”
Her upcoming studio album, “Vie,” will be featured during the tour. The Asian leg includes stops in New Zealand, Australia, and several other Asian cities.
Ticket preorders begin Monday on Doja Cat’s website, with general sales through Tixcraft starting Sept. 5. Prices have not yet been announced.
Doja Cat was named one of Time’s 100 Most Influential People of 2023, highlighting her impact on contemporary music and culture. Her live shows are celebrated for combining vocal, dance, and visual creativity.
