The current theme draws inspiration from the historic spice routes of Southeast Asia, presenting over 20 classic dishes.
Guests can embark on a culinary adventure, savoring refreshing green papaya salad, intensely aromatic Singapore chili crab, and the rich, complex layers of laksa noodle. Other authentic delights include coconut fried chicken, classic Hainanese chicken rice, and comforting bak kut teh.
