TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A PX Mart customer who spent just NT$8 (US$0.26) on a newspaper won the NT$10 million Special Prize in the March-April edition of Taiwan’s receipt lottery.
On Sunday, PX Mart announced that one Special Prize and one Grand Prize were issued at its stores, per CNA. The winner who made the smallest purchase and won the most bought a Liberty Times newspaper at the PX Mart Chongde 8th Store on Chongde 8th Road in Taichung’s Beitun District.
PX Mart said the Grand Prize was issued at its Nantou Wenchang Store on Wenchang Street in Nantou. That customer spent NT$22 on a beverage and won NT$2 million.
7-Eleven announced three Special Prize winners and four Grand Prize winners, per Liberty Times. The lowest spend among Special Prize winners was NT$50, spent on a drink at the Dayang Store on Daming Road in Kaohsiung’s Fengshan District.
FamilyMart reported one Special Prize and two Grand Prize winners, per UDN. The Special Prize ticket came from a NT$25 purchase of instant soup at the Wanjin Store on Jijin 1st Road in Keelung’s Anle District.
Hi-Life announced one Special Prize and one Grand Prize, per TVBS. The Special Prize winner bought a sports drink for NT$39 at the Dasha Xinlong Store on Jinlong Road in Kaohsiung’s Dashe District.
The winning number for the NT$10 million Special Prize is 64557267, and the NT$2 million Grand Prize number is 64808075. The three winning numbers for the NT$200,000 First Prize are 04322277, 07903676, and 98883497.
