TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — The ABV Penthouse in Banqiao has launched a special Austrian cuisine menu that runs from May to July 31.

The limited-time offer invites diners to embark on a delicious journey to Austria with 10 traditional dishes.

The golden and crispy Wienerschnitzel is juicy and has a thin breadcrumb crust. Served with a slice of lemon, it is a beloved national classic enjoyed since the Austro-Hungarian Empire. It is a staple found across Austria.

Beef goulash with spaetzle is a rich, aromatic dish made with slow-braised beef and served alongside handcrafted egg noodles. 

Frittatensuppe is a hearty broth topped with strips of soft, savory pancake. It is a comforting and soul-soothing dish, especially during wintertime.

Tiroler Grostl is a potato and beef hash with a fried egg. Each bite of the tender beef with crispy potatoes brings the diner to the alpine countryside of western Austria.
