TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — The Central Weather Administration said Monday that Taiwan will enter the plum rain season starting Tuesday.
Most of Taiwan will experience fair to partly cloudy weather during the day on Monday. However, as night falls, occasional showers are anticipated in the northern and eastern regions, per Yahoo News.
From Tuesday to Wednesday, northern, central, and eastern Taiwan are expected to experience thunderstorms or heavy rainfall, while the south will likely see brief showers. Temperatures will range from 22 degrees C to 30 C in the north, and from 23 C to 33 C in central and southern regions.
Rainfall is expected to ease in most parts of the country on Thursday, though brief afternoon showers may still occur in mountainous areas. Temperatures will range from 21 C to 30 C in the north, and from 23 C to 33 C in central and southern regions.
