TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A consumer bought almond tea for NT$35 (US$1) and won the NT$10 million (US$301,000) Special Prize in the January-February Taiwan receipt lottery.

The winning number for the Special Prize was 95980685, the winning number for the NT$2 million Grand Prize was 37166026, and the three winning numbers for the First Prize were 78394633, 26503878, and 39200954. On Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance announced 11 Special Prize winners and 10 Grand Prize winners in the receipt lottery's latest round.

Reviewing the list of winning invoices, among the 11 Special Prize winners, five purchases were under NT$100. The lucky customer who spent the least and won the most bought the almond tea at Chiayi Soy Milk Stand on Youai Road in Chiayi's West District. 

Another winner spent NT$36 on bread at Victoria Bakery on Jingxing Road in Taipei's Wenshan District. The Special Prize winner who spent the most purchased NT$1,000 worth of gasoline at the CPC gas station on Yongfeng Road in Taichung's Taiping District. 

As for the 10 Grand Prize winning invoices, the lowest spending winner purchased a NT$20 vitamin drink at Join Family Pharmacy on Jianguo Road in New Taipei's Xindian District.
