TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan’s Gogoro and Starlux Airlines announced their newest collaboration Gogoro Pulse Starwalker Edition on Tuesday.

The newly unveiled scooter is a co-branded flagship model that seamlessly integrates aviation aesthetics with electric scooter technology, per a press release.

The scooter’s 10.25-inch full-color digital dashboard recreates cockpit-style visuals and sounds. The footrests incorporate aircraft warning markings, aligning with aviation safety indicators, while the rear integrates Starlux’s signature aircraft livery stripes.

The front mudguard has an extended vent to direct airflow. The aerodynamically designed undercarriage uses an aircraft wing NACA airfoil design, which effectively cools the power system and maintains performance, per CNA.

Starlux said that the initial batch of co-branded sets is limited to 200 units in Taiwan. The package includes the Starlux special edition scooter, helmet, flight jacket, and an additional chance to win over 10,000 Starlux mileage points.

Starlux Chair Chang Kuo-wei (張國煒) said that Starlux and Gogoro share a spirit of innovation. “This collaboration has resulted in a vehicle that combines flying elements with top-tier performance, with every detail thoughtfully designed," Chang said. 

He said he hopes the scooter will become not just a mode of transportation but also an expression of lifestyle.
