TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — A cold air mass will continue to affect Taiwan until early Saturday (Nov. 30), with temperatures in regions north of Miaoli dipping below 10 C, the Central Weather Administration said.
Central and southern Taiwan will experience significant temperature fluctuations between day and night, per CNA. Temperatures will gradually rise as the cold front weakens on Saturday.
The north and northeast will see early morning and nighttime lows of 10 to 21 C on Sunday and Monday. Central and southern regions will range from 12 to 22 C and 14 to 24 C, respectively.
Northern and eastern Taiwan can expect rain due to northeast winds next week, while temperatures will range from 15 to 16 C lows and 23 to 25 C highs until next Thursday.
Another cold front is forecast to affect Taiwan from Dec. 6 to 8. Its intensity is expected to be relatively weak.
