TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Japanese coffee brand No Coffee has launched its first store in Taiwan, offering seasonal limited-edition pistachio-flavored pastries and drinks.
Established in 2015 in Fukuoka, Japan, with its core concept of "Life with good coffee," No Coffee successfully fused trendy fashion with coffee culture. This September, the brand debuted in Taiwan, capturing the attention of many coffee enthusiasts.
Brand owner Sato Shinsuke, who previously worked at a design company and collaborated numerous times with Japanese fashion godfather Fujiwara Hiroshi, integrated his design philosophy into the brand, attracting global fashion enthusiasts and travelers.
No Coffee takes "coffee + fashion" to the extreme. On Wednesday (Nov. 27), it launched a seasonal limited edition pistachio croissant and pistachio milk cap latte.
The croissant has Italian Mediterranean pistachios, known as the "emerald of Europe," as its filling paired with a rich and smooth fresh milk custard. The outer layer is made with premium bamboo charcoal powder and Belgian natural fermented butter, creating a crispy and fragrant black gold croissant crust.
The pistachio latte uses a rich pistachio sauce to create a smooth milk cap, combined with its exclusive Fukuoka-flavored coffee. The floral notes of Yirgacheffe and the citrus fruitiness of Sidamo in the coffee complement the pistachio milk cap perfectly, presenting a rich and captivating taste.
The brand's Taiwan store will launch an exclusive product on Black Friday at 11 a.m., the Fukuoka limited-edition daruma dolls. Each person is limited to purchasing two, and it will be available both in-store and online.
