TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Foxconn Industrial Internet (FII) said Thursday (Nov. 21) Nvidia’s GB200 servers and AI networking products will be mass-produced starting in 2025.
The electronics manufacturer at an online briefing said that key server components include CPUs, GPUs, and SmartNICs, per CNA. Progress is smooth and it is expected that shipments will reach a larger scale next year, it said.
When asked about cooling solutions, FII said the company has in-rack and water-to-air side car products. The company expects cooling products to be a significant contributor to growth.
Additionally, in the first three quarters of this year, FII’s AI server revenue increased by 228% compared to the same period last year. In Q3 alone, AI server revenue rose to 48%.
Industry analysts estimate that next year, AI servers will account for more than 50% of FII’s server revenue. Foxconn’s AI server production lines are mainly in Mexico, the US, and Taiwan.
