The advisors expressed their dedication to addressing common challenges and promoting security and prosperity “in the Indo-Pacific region and beyond.”
Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) thanked the US, Japan, and South Korea for reaffirming peace in the Taiwan Strait. “This reflects the growing consensus within the international community on maintaining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait and the region,” MOFA said. The ministry pledged Taiwan will continue to work with like-minded countries, to ensure peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.
