TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — President-elect Lai Ching-te (賴清德) announced his first picks for the new Cabinet on Wednesday (April 10).
Lai tapped Cho Jung-tai (卓榮泰) as premier, reported CNA. Meanwhile, former Culture Minister Cheng Li-chun (鄭麗君) was chosen as vice premier.
Kung Ming-hsin (龔明鑫), minister of the National Development Council, was named Secretary-General. Meanwhile, Chen Shi-kai (陳世凱) was introduced as Cabinet spokesperson.
