Taiwan’s biggest Halloween festival features 15 DJs, three costume contests, and two runway competitions, with NT$20,000 (US$600) in cash prizes. The drag competition is going to be a ball and with three stages for music, plus food vendors and a full blue moon the event promises to be scarily good.
