Sherwood Taipei introduces 'Flavors of American West'

Starting from June 21 until July 19, the Sherwood Taipei will work with AIT's Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) and the Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA), in presenting the "Flavors of the American West" promotion at the Sherwood's famed Toscana restaurant.
Take a culinary tour through the different regions of the American West by savoring Chef's delicacies. Business Lunch with antipasti bar priced at NT$980 onwards, Set menu priced at NT$2,650+10% are offered. Already renowned for its piquant Italian cuisine and mouth watering USDA dry aged steak, Toscana will be offering a wide array of scrumptious foods using ingredients from the American West, including States of Washington, Oregon, California, Alaska, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
Fresh seafood from the Pacific, including Alaskan spot prawns, scallops, king crabs, and wild black cod will be featured. Guests will also find Idaho Potatoes, Montana Pearled Barley, Washington Apples & Cherries, Asparagus & Artichokes, Oregon Hazelnuts, Californian Wines & blueberries, etc.
Executive Chef Chen of The Sherwood Taipei says, "Our topic theme for the promotion dishes is 陟resh and Refreshing.' Utalizing seafood and fruits with great quality, we have designed a series of light, but abundant in Protein dishes which are perfect for summer.
