Taipei, June 29 (CNA) The U.S. dollar gained against the New Taiwan dollar on the Taipei Foreign Exchange Monday, increasing NT$0.018 to close at NT$32.943.
A total of US$584 million changed hands during the day's trading.
The U.S. currency opened at NT$32.925 and fluctuated between NT$32.908 and NT$32.960.
