Adam Lind's three-run home run and Scott Rolen's solo shot punctuated a seven-run seventh inning for the Toronto Blue Jays as they overcame the Cleveland Indians 10-6 in the American League on Tuesday.
Trailing 6-3 after Cleveland scored four times in the top of the seventh, the Blue Jays scored seven runs and six hits off four Indians relievers in the bottom half. Cleveland relievers have a combined ERA of 6.49 this season.
Making his major league debut, Toronto left-hander Brett Cecil allowed two runs _one earned _ and six hits in six innings.
Jhonny Peralta snapped an 0-for-14 slump by going 3-for-4 with two RBIs for Cleveland.
