La. judge: C-Murder can stay under house arrest

A Louisiana judge has denied a request by prosecutors to send rapper Corey "C-Murder" Miller to jail until his August trial on a second-degree murder charge.
Prosecutors had claimed Miller violated a gag order by proclaiming his innocence on a Web site. But state Judge Hans Liljeberg denied their motion to revoke his bond on Tuesday.
Miller's attorney, Ron Rakosky, says his client did nothing wrong in using the Web to say he is innocent. Miller is under house arrest at his grandmother's house in Jefferson Parish while he awaits the trial.
Miller is accused of killing a 16-year-old fan during a brawl in a Louisiana nightclub in 2002.
