Israeli minister arrives in France for talks

Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman has arrived in France, where government officials are expected to question him about the Middle East peace process, Gaza and Lebanon.
France, the second leg of Lieberman's European tour, also wants to discuss Iran and Syria with Lieberman, who was in Rome on Monday.
In Italy, Lieberman stressed that the new Israeli government was still drawing up its foreign policy, which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected to unveil before talks with President Barack Obama in mid-May.
Lieberman met Tuesday morning with Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi and in Paris was meeting with French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner.
After France, he goes to Prague, where the Czechs hold the EU presidency, and to Berlin.
