Ferdinand recovers from injury for Arsenal match

Rio Ferdinand is set to return for Manchester United in the second leg of the Champions League semifinal against Arsenal.
The England defender damaged his ribs and bruised a lung in the 1-0 first leg victory last week at Old Trafford.
Ferdinand coughed up blood and spent the night in hospital after a collision with United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar. He was left out of Saturday's 2-0 win at Middlesbrough in the Premier League, but is set to partner Nemanja Vidic at Emirates Stadium on Tuesday.
"He is OK, that's important," United manager Alex Ferguson said at the team hotel in London. "There was a concern last Wednesday when he had to come off and when you spit blood it's a worry, but it wasn't more serious."
Ferguson is hopeful left back Patrice Evra will also be fit despite limping off at Middlesbrough with a leg injury.
The France fullback did not train in the open section of United's session on Monday morning.
"It was a precaution," Ferguson said. "He should be OK for tomorrow. We have everyone fit."
