At the Miramar Garden Taipei's 1st floor Garden Terrace, every diner is treated with an adventure of the palate. Starting March, our much-beloved semi-buffet lunch takes you on yet another journey, to bring your senses to a total Escape to Europe.
From Mondays to Fridays starting March 2, the Garden Terrace offers all new selections for the semi-buffet lunch featuring 4 different sets of entree on rotation every week. The buffet table also includes salad bar, European appetizers, hand made bread, soups, desserts and fruits. All these healthy and delectable choices for only NT$680+10% per person. In consideration of your health, Escape to Europe dining promotion shall use only the freshest ingredients and prepared in the most modern methods for that unforgettable dining experience.
Our Executive Chef prepared a selection of entrees to choose from including Stewed Lamb Shank in Vegetable Sauce served with Cheese Polenta, Oven Baked Chicken Leg with Herb Sauce, Baked Fresh Salmon served with Sweet Pepper Sauce, French Duck Breast with Basil Sauce and Walnut, Breaded Sea Bass flavored with Saffron Cream Sauce, Roasted Veal Chops with Horseradish Sauce, Grilled Lamb Cutlet with Mint Gravy, Roasted Pork Loin with Plum Sauce, John Dory a la Almond with Cherry Tomato Sauce, Veal Wiener Schnitzel, Pan-fried Sea Bream with Mixed Herb Dressing and Pork Medallion Chipolata Sauce, each of this 12 items between NT$500 - 700 per order including all items in the buffet table - definitely a treat to the palate that is easy on the pocket!
Stewed Lamb Shank in Vegetable Sauce served with Cheese Polenta
400 grams of shank from New Zealand lamb, slightly pan fried then slow cooked for an hour in a combination of garlic, rosemary, onions, mushroom and red wine. Tender and juicy meat infused with the flavors of the rich sauce.
French Duck Breast with Basil Sauce and Walnut
Selected duck meat from Ilan, salted and pan fried and drizzled with walnut sauce made from grilled walnuts marinated in olive oil, gravy, garlic and basil. An unforgettable flavor that would make you come back for more!
Roasted Veal Chops with Horseradish Sauce
New Zealand veal chops dusted with salt and pepper and pan seared topped with horseradish sauce and gravy. Three large pieces of chops (more than 80 grams each) for all meat lovers to savor!
Veal Wiener Schnitzel
Using young 6-8 months old veal with tender and fresh meat, sliced and covered in flour and breadcrumbs before deep frying to get that crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside. Perfect when drizzled with lemon!
Pork Medallion Chipolata Sauce
Choice piece of pork loin, marinated for a full day and stewed with Spanish sausage, garlic, onion, gravy and red wine for that special flavor that will excite your palate!
Aside from the European-style entree selections, vegetables used in our salad bar consists of 80% organic sources such as Yangmingshan and Tashi organic farms. Hard to find vegetables such as sunflower sprouts, buckwheat sprouts, broccoli sprouts, snow lotus sprouts and radish sprouts. Rich in protein, vitamins, calcium and other minerals and low in carbohydrates, fats and sugar, these vegetables are best with a drizzle of light dressing such as Japanese grapefruit, oil vinaigrette or sesame dressing.
