Officials: 5 injured in grenade throwing in Kiev

Ukrainian police say a man threw a grenade into the window of building in central Kiev, injuring at least 5 people.
Police spokeswoman Iryna Biba says the grenade was thrown shortly after noon on Wednesday into the office of the agency that monitors sanitary conditions on Ukrainian transport. The office is in the vicinity of Kiev's main passenger rail station.
She says at least five people were injured, mainly by glass, but the the injuries do not appear life-threatening.
The unidentified assailant fled. The motive of the attack was not immediately known.
