Israel: Sirens warn of rockets from Lebanon

Israeli police say air-raid sirens have sounded in a northern Israeli town warning of incoming rockets from Lebanon. But it's not clear whether any rockets have landed.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says authorities are checking whether rockets hit near the town of Kiryat Shemona, where sirens went off Wednesday morning, or whether there was a false alarm.
Militants in Lebanon have launched rockets into Israel on several occasions in recent months, and Lebanese forces have foiled several more attempts. No Israelis have been injured in the attacks, which have been followed by Israeli artillery fire at the areas from which the rockets were launched.
