Ex-Qwest CEO cites health in latest court document

Former Qwest Communications CEO Joseph Nacchio wants to postpone the date he must report to prison for his insider trading conviction and has asked that his request to do so be sealed because of confidential information about his health.
A filing Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Denver offers no details. His attorney did not immediately respond to an e-mail seeking comment Tuesday evening.
Nacchio was ordered to report to a minimum-security facility in Minersville, Pennsylvania, by noon March 23 after an appeals court reinstated his conviction on 19 counts of insider trading counts. He is still contesting the conviction and sentence.
