Chris Paterson will return at fullback for Scotland to play Ireland in the Six Nations on Saturday.
Paterson, Scotland's most-capped player, will make his 94th international appearance at Murrayfield after missing out on the opening three matches of the tournament.
"I've been impressed with Chris Paterson's attitude in this championship," Scotland coach Frank Hadden said. "As ever, he's been the model professional, getting on with his job, and he deserves the opportunity to start on this occasion."
Hadden has named 13 of the 15 players who will start the match.
Saturday's definite starters are Paterson, Simon Danielli, Max Evans, Graeme Morrison, Thom Evans, Phil Godman, Mike Blair, Alasdair Dickinson, Ross Ford, Euan Murray, Alasdair Strokosch, Simon Taylor and John Barclay.
Jim Hamilton, Nathan Hines, Alastair Kellock and Jason White are competing for the final two forward positions.
