Iraq: 28 killed in suicide bombing in Abu Ghraib

The Iraqi military says at least 28 people have been killed and 28 wounded in a suicide bombing targeting tribal leaders west of Baghdad.
It's the latest attack in a spike of violence that comes as the U.S. military begins drawing down its forces.
The military spokesman's office says the bomber detonated an explosive vest Tuesday as the tribal leaders were touring the market in the town of Abu Ghraib.
A suicide bomber also killed 30 people in east Baghdad on Sunday, the same day the Americans announced they're withdrawing 12,000 U.S. troops and 4,000 British forces by September.
