Police arrest top mobster

News reports say Italian police have arrested a top Mafia fugitive who had eluded capture earlier this week by climbing through a trap door and into a sewer below his hideout.
The ANSA news agency says Giovanni Setola was apprehended on Wednesday near Caserta in southern Italy.
Setola is a purported boss of the Neapolitan Camorra crime organization who was one of Italy's most wanted fugitives.
On Monday, as dozens of police surrounded his hideout, he escaped through a trap door leading to the sewer system.
Already sentenced to life in prison for murder, Setola is accused of having ordered the Sept. 18 gangland-style killing of six African immigrants in Naples.
Police and prosecutors in Caserta were not immediately available for comment.
