Ghana opposition candidate predicts victory

Opposition leader John Atta Mills is predicting his victory in Ghana's presidential vote as election officials say partial results indicate he is leading the race.
Atta Mills says he is "just waiting" for the Election Commission "to declare me winner."
The commission says results from 200 of 233 constituencies gave Atta Mills 52.1 percent of counted ballots, or 4,065,883 votes. It says ruling party candidate Nana Akufo-Addo received 47.9 percent of counted votes, or 3,737,655.
Official results are expected to be announced Tuesday.
Both sides have accused the other of irregularities in the vote, and court challenges or demands for recounts are expected.
