La Fusion offers festival takeout dishes

The executive Chef of "La Fusion" restaurant of Garden Hotel Taipei has used select ingredients to prepare the Lunar New Year takeout dishes. The seven courses include Beiping's Stir-fried Baby Cabbage with Scallops and Gingkoes, Jiangsu's Appetizer Combination Platter, Canton's Sauteed Deep-fried Fishes with Soy Sauce, Sichuan's Smoked Pork Shot Ribs, Mongolia Style Lamb and Local delight Buddha Jump Over the Wall.
The cooking and preparation of the Takeout Dishes will be done on the day guests come to pick them up at Taipei Garden Hotel.
All courses is priced at NT$6,999 per set for six people to enjoy a five-star hotel's delicacies at home. Collection dates are from Jan. 25 to 26, 2009. For reservations, call (02)2314-6611, ext. 3340.
