Soggy field delays Bangladesh-NZ third day play

A soggy outfield delayed the start of third day's play on Monday in the second and final Bangladesh-New Zealand test.
Match referee Javagal Srinath said a second inspection of the outfield will be done at 2 p.m. (0800 GMT) local time to see if the test match can start. The first inspection was done at 11 a.m. (0500 GMT).
The first two scheduled days were washed out because of incessant rain.
A tropical depression has been dumping rain on Bangladesh since Friday, and the wet weather was forecast to continue until Monday.
New Zealand leads the two-match series 1-0.
