J-League leader Kashima defeated

FC Tokyo recorded a 3-2 upset win over Kashima Antlers on Sunday, cutting the J-League leaders' advantage atop the standings to one point with four games to play.
Yohei Otake's left foot shot in the 81st minute gave FC Tokyo a 3-1 lead and proved to be the winner, as Yuzo Tashiro pulled one back for the visitors six minutes from time.
Defending champion Kashima has 53 points, one ahead of Nagoya Grampus which was held to a 0-0 home draw by struggling Jubilo Iwata on Saturday.
Oita Trinita also missed a chance to go top, losing 1-0 at Vissel Kobe.
In other matches, Takuma Edamura scored a pair of goals to lead Shimizu S Pulse to a 3-1 win over Gamba Osaka. Gamba would have moved within three points of Kashima had they won.
On Saturday, two-time J-League champion Yokohama F Marinos took a step toward staying in the first division with a 3-1 win over Kashiwa Reysol. Both Kashiwa and the Marinos are now five points above 16th place, which will contest a relegation playoff.
Hajime Hosogai scored the lone goal in the 80th minute Sunday to lift the Urawa Reds to a 1-0 win over Albirex Niigata, putting the Reds within three points of top spot. Urawa, which lost to Gamba Osaka in Wednesday's Asian Champions League semifinals, won for the first time since Sept. 21.
Kyoto Sanga and Tokyo Verdy played out a scoreless draw in a result that did nothing to allay both sides' relegation fears, leaving the teams only three and two points respectively above 16th.
JEF United Chiba currently occupies that 16th place after losing 2-1 at Omiya Ardija. The result leapfrogged Omiya above JEF and into the last position of safety.
Elsewhere, Kengo Nakamura and Hiroyuki Taniguchi scored in the first half as Kawasaki Frontale kept its title hopes alive with a 3-1 win over already-relegated Consadole Sapporo.
Kawasaki has 51 points, two off leaders Kashima.
