Stoner has fastest lap in practice for Czech GP

Casey Stoner of Australia had the fastest lap time in Friday's practice for the Czech Grand Prix.
The Ducati rider covered the 5.403-meter (3.358-mile) Brno circuit in 1 minute, 57.231 seconds, edging Valentino Rossi of Italy by 0.179 seconds.
Rossi leads the MotoGP championship standings with 212 points, followed by Stoner with 187 ahead of Sunday's race. Dani Pedrosa of Spain is third with 171 points.
Spain's Hector Barbera took the provisional pole in the 250cc category, ahead of Mika Kallio of Finland and Italy's Marco Simoncelli.
World champion Gabor Talmacsi of Hungary won the 125cc qualifying session.
