Roddick, who missed the French Open due to a shoulder injury, could face another American, Mardy Fish, in the third round.
Nadal, bidding for a fourth straight title, will face Swedish veteran Jonas Bjorkman or Igor Kunitsyn of Russia in his second-round opener.
Australian Open champion Djokovic, who lost Friday's semifinal in Paris to Nadal, will begin against Flavio Cipolla of Italy or Roko Karanusic of Croatia.
The Artois Championships are played at Queens Club from June 9-15. Wimbledon begins June 23.
