Portugal, Turkey lineups as expected for their opener in European Championship

Led by Cristiano Ronaldo, Portugal will debut in the European Championship on Saturday without surprises in its starting lineup, while Turkey will not count on Arda Turan and Sabri Sarioglu.
Ronaldo and the rest of Portugal's stars, including defenders Jose Bosingwa and Paulo Ferreira, will be in the opening match to try to lead Portugal to its second consecutive European final.
Turkey, in its first major competition since reaching the semifinals of the 2002 World Cup, has two changes for the opener. Turkey coach Fatih Terim replaced Turan with Mevlut Erdinc, while Sarioglu was replaced by Kazim Kazim.
Portugal did have a last minute setback when goalkeeper Quim Silva was ruled out of the competition because of a fractured wrist, but he had not been slated to start in goal. Ricardo will be Portugal's starting goalkeeper as expected.
