Switzerland, Czech Republic lineups as expected for European Championship opener

Switzerland included midfielder Tranquillo Barnetta and defender Patrick Mueller in the starting lineup for Saturday's match against the Czech Republic in the European Championship opener.
The two players were the last remaining doubts for coach Koebi Kuhn's squad heading into the game despite being declared fit earlier this week.
Mueller has not played a competitive match since August because of knee injuries. Barnetta hurt his ankle in training last month.
There were no surprises in the Czech Republic squad picked by coach Karel Bruckner. He has opted for a 4-5-1 formation with Jan Koller as the lone striker.
