Credit-card processor Visa says it expects to raise $18.76 billion (euro12.6 billion) from an initial public offering of up to 446.6 million Class A shares at up to $42 per share.
San Francisco-based Visa Inc. says in an SEC filing Monday it plans to offer 406.6 million shares at $37 to $42 per share, with an option for its underwriters to buy an extra 40.6 million shares to cover any excess demand.
