Fabregas says Henry's departure gave opportunities to rest of Arsenal squad

Arsenal midfielder Cesc Fabregas believes the departure of striker Thierry Henry brought an era of opportunity for the rest of the squad.
Henry, the record goalscorer for Arsenal, left for FC Barcelona in the offseason. While many thought Arsenal would struggle without Henry, the club is top of the Premier League.
Fabregas, who has scored six league goals this season, said he was now more involved in the side he came to in 2003.
"I have more responsibility than before," Fabregas said. "When you looked at Arsenal a year or two years ago, you just saw Thierry Henry. It was a little bit like the other players did not exist.
"But when he left it was an opportunity for everybody to show we are a team and a good club. Even if the best player in the world is leaving us, we can still achieve something."
