UEFA gives Albanian player two-year suspension after testing positive for steroid use

Besa defender Alban Dragusha has been suspended for two years by UEFA after testing positive for a banned steroid.
Dragusha tested positive after the Albanian club's UEFA Cup qualifying game against Bezanija at Belgrade on July 19, UEFA said late Wednesday.
A high concentration of nandrolone metabolites were detected in the player's A and B urine samples, UEFA said.
FIFA has been requested to extend the suspension worldwide.
The player has three days to appeal the decision.
