Kutcher offers fashion advice
NEW YORK, New York
Since leaving the trucker hat behind - and marrying Demi Moore - Ashton Kutcher's fashion sense has taken a turn for the better.
Kutcher dispenses sartorial tips for couples in an essay in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar magazine. "Guys don't like to be told they look nice, pretty or cute or that they clean up well," the 29-year-old actor says. "So when your guy finally tries on something that you like, tell him that he looks like James Bond or Tony Montana," he writes. "Feel free to be even more vague than that: 'Wow, that suit makes you look like that hot football player!"'
His advice for women: "You never want people to notice your accessories. ... In this same way, your man should not upstage you. He is there to highlight you."
Wilson's woes
SANTA MONICA, California
The hospitalization of actor Owen Wilson has left Hollywood executives in a quandary over upcoming films starring the highly bankable movie star.
DreamWorks Pictures said that filming continues on "Tropic Thunder," a comedy starring Wilson that was set to begin production in the coming weeks. The studio offered no details on whether Wilson's role in the film, directed by Ben Stiller, would be recast.
It was also unknown if Wilson's hospitalization would affect his appearance opposite Jennifer Aniston in the 20th Century Fox comedy "Marley & Me." A Fox spokesman told the Hollywood trade paper Daily Variety that "it's a totally inappropriate question at this time" whether he would appear in the film.
Wilson's hospitalization could also keep him from helping promote "The Darjeeling Limited," in which he stars alongside Adrien Brody and Jason Schwartzman. The Fox Searchlight film was to be released September 28.
