Slovenian energy company buys heating utility in Bulgaria for euro81 million

Slovenia's Holding Slovenske Elektrarne on Tuesday acquired a 100 percent stake in a thermal heating utility in the Danube port of Ruse for euro81 million (US$110 million), the privatization agency said.
The Slovenian company had won the tender for the utility, outbidding French company Dalkia International, which had offered euro51 million (US$69 million).
Last year, Dalkia bought another Bulgarian heating utility, in the Black Sea port of Varna.
