New England holds on to beat Dallas 1-0

Taylor Twellman's 13th-minute goal was all the New England Revolution needed to beat FC Dallas 1-0 in Major League Soccer on Sunday.
The Chicago Fire also beat the Houston Dynamo by 1-0 in the day's only other match.
Off Steve Ralston's right cross, Twellman fired a half-volley into the right corner of the net for his fourth goal of the season, which tied Preki for seventh place in MLS history with 79 goals.
With the loss, FC Dallas was blanked in consecutive home games for the first time since 2004.
Chris Rolfe scored the only goal in Houston when he took a pass from Gonzalo Segares and made a move that sent Houston defender Wade Barrett to the turf, clearing the way for an easy score in the 60th minute.
