It seems impossible - especially for the busy businessmen - to sit down and enjoy a nice meal during your lunch break. Pearl Liang now presents an Appetiser Bar Luncheon selection that is certain to satisfy all your lunchtime needs, featuring choices from an all-you-can eat appetiser bar, main courses and a dim sum selection.
The all-you-can-eat appetiser bar is set upon a marble table, showcasing a wide range of the most popular appetisers that come highly recommended by Pearl Liang's Chef de Cuisine. Now while you enjoy the set lunch at Pearl Liang, you can savour the classic flavours at the same time. ( Each appetiser dish is priced from NT$180 to NT$380.)
The Chef recommended appetisers include Preserved Mustard Stems with Duck Gizzard - duck gizzards well stewed with soy sauce and a variety of spices create a rich, full flavoured dish that will surely leave your taste buds wanting more; and Marinated Cuttlefish with X.O Chilli Sauce - fresh, tender cuttlefish marinated in home-made X.O sauce, a unique and tempting flavour that is not to be missed. In addition, there are approximately ten dishes available on the marble table such as Crispy Baby Shrimp with Salty Peanuts, Crab Meat and Green Bean Salad ...and much more.
Following the appetisers, you can then choose from Chef's selection of soups from the a la carte menu, including Sea Whelk and Air Dried Squid Soup with Leek and Double Boiled Dumpling Soup with Chinese Cabbage. Next, make a choice from the five typical dim sum snacks in the steamed dim sum selection, including Steamed Shrimp and Bamboo Shoot Dumplings and a Steamed Barbecued Pork Bun with Oyster Sauce ... none of these delights should be missed!
