Windies skipper Lara wins toss, asks India to bat first

West Indies captain Brian Lara won the toss and put India in to bat Saturday in the third limited-overs international.
India leads 2-0 in the four-match series.
Lara recovered from the soreness in his left knee that forced him to miss the previous match.

Beside Lara, opener Lendl Simmons and rookie all-rounder Rayat Emrit were included in the lineup as the touring team rested Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Dwayne Smith and Ian Bradshaw.
India made four changes in the team. Middle-order batsman Yuvraj Singh, seasoned leg-spinner Anil Kumble, young opener Robin Uthappa and middle-order batsman Suresh Raina were included in the lineup.
They replaced former captain Sourav Ganguly, wicket-keeper Mahendra Dhoni, pace ace Zaheer Khan and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh.
